About The Workshop:
You want to decorate cookies with Royal icing, but you are not sure where to start. This class is perfect for you! I will take you step-by-step through the process of making Royal icing, changing consistencies, coloring, & bagging your icing. Then we will decorate 3 Favorite Foods cookies!
What you will learn:
- How to make Royal Icing using meringue powder
- Changing the consistency from stiff to piping to flood
- How to color and bag icing
- Decorate a container of ramen, French fries, and a slice of pepperoni pizza
This is an advanced class and you must have experience decorating cookies with Royal icing. We will not cover the basics of outlining & flooding.
